Week 10

1. What your team accomplished this week
Again, this week we have been thinking about our flowchart/storyboard. We are still continuing to collect content for our module; but mostly organizing content. We are still in slow mode until we have all taken our oral exams. We have not heard from Dr. Barbour this week as far as I know at this point. That may change by Thursday, or perhaps Mark has heard from him but has not mentioned it yet. All in all this is fine because we have plenty to do right now. We asked him a few questions last week, and I am sure he will address them soon enough.

2. What you accomplished this week
This week I have been thinking about our flowchart/storyboard. I have begun writing formal content that will be used in the orientation. I feel it is my responsibility as the “instructional designer” to make sure the content is appropriate and well organized. This will eliminate future problems for the “Graphic Artist” and “Programmer”. I will most definitely need a couple weeks to get this how we want it. This week I have made some head way. I have not spoken with Clayton or Lisa this week about mentoring. If I recall correctly, Clayton had some flash things he wanted my help with.

3. What you need to do in the coming week
This week I will again spend more time working on our project content and getting it all laid out for the orientation. This week Jea, Eun Ju, and Mark will now be able to put more of their time and energy into the content as well. I would like to do some more desk critiques this week after project night. Overall, my goal this week is to get the content in a formal format for the team. I will also need to get the flowchart/storyboard organized.
